Ingedient:
- 200 grams of white sticky rice for 30 minutes - 1 hour)
- 1 1/2 liters of air (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 pieces of pandan leaves
- 2 Thai mango or any mango
- 1 liter of thick coconut milk
- 100 grams of sugar
How to make:
- Peel the mango, cut it lengthwise and refrigerate it.
- Boil the air. Add sticky rice, salt and pandan leaves. Stir to reduce air.
- Steamed sticky rice. Cook until the sticky rice is cooked. Set it aside.
- Add the coconut milk and sugar to the pan. simmer over low heat and stir until the sugar dissolves. Cool it down.
- Serve sticky rice, mango with coconut milk.
