Mango Sticky Rice Pudding

Ingedient:

  • 200 grams of white sticky rice for 30 minutes - 1 hour)
  • 1 1/2 liters of air (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 pieces of pandan leaves
  • 2 Thai mango or any mango
  • 1 liter of thick coconut milk
  • 100 grams of sugar


How to make:

  1. Peel the mango, cut it lengthwise and refrigerate it.
  2. Boil the air. Add sticky rice, salt and pandan leaves. Stir to reduce air.
  3. Steamed sticky rice. Cook until the sticky rice is cooked. Set it aside.
  4. Add the coconut milk and sugar to the pan. simmer over low heat and stir until the sugar dissolves. Cool it down.
  5. Serve sticky rice, mango with coconut milk.
