Have lots of mango at home, it's good if you make mango pancakes that you can enjoy coldly. This is how to make it.
Ingedient:
- 200 ml of full cream milk
 - 70 grams of flour
 - 1 tbsp margarine
 - 2 tablespoons of refined sugar
 - a pinch of salt
 - 1 egg
 - 1 gadung mango
 
Cream:
- 100 gr of whipped cream
 - 100 ml of ice water
 - 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
 - yellow dye
 
How to make:
- Beat the cream until it is solid and stiff, not falling when removed
 - Mix full cream milk with eggs, salt and sugar until blended.
 - Mix flour and mix well. Melt the margarine and mix well with the mixture.
 - Pour the mixture and print on Teflon, turning when one side is cooked. Do it until it runs out.
 - Take the mango and the contents in the skin with the cream. Fold and leave it in the freezer.
 - Enjoy when frozen.
