Mango Pancake Recipe


Have lots of mango at home, it's good if you make mango pancakes that you can enjoy coldly. This is how to make it.



Ingedient:

  • 200 ml of full cream milk
  • 70 grams of flour
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 2 tablespoons of refined sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 gadung mango

Cream:

  • 100 gr of whipped cream
  • 100 ml of ice water
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • yellow dye

How to make:

  1. Beat the cream until it is solid and stiff, not falling when removed
  2. Mix full cream milk with eggs, salt and sugar until blended.
  3. Mix flour and mix well. Melt the margarine and mix well with the mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture and print on Teflon, turning when one side is cooked. Do it until it runs out.
  5. Take the mango and the contents in the skin with the cream. Fold and leave it in the freezer.
  6. Enjoy when frozen.
