Ingredients:
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 package of flavorless gelatin (1/4 ounce)
- 2 cups of whipping cream
- ¼ cup of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of matcha
- 1/2 pint of raspberry for decoration
How To Make:
- Pour milk into a small glass. Add the gelatin and leave it for 3-5 minutes.
- Heat the pan, then pour the milk and gelatin. Heat in medium heat, do not let it boil.
- Pour 1 tablespoon of whipped cream into a small bowl, add matcha powder, and stir until it turns into pasta.
- Transfer the pasta to the pan and add the remaining whipped cream and sugar. Stir constantly until the sugar dissolves, about 5 minutes. Don't let the mixture boil.
- Finally, pour the mixture in a container, then put it in the refrigerator until frozen.
