Green Tea Panna Cotta

Lately, matcha green tea has become one of the most popular trends in culinary, especially dessert. Like the panna cotta one of them. To make green tea panna cotta is not difficult, just follow the steps below!


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 package of flavorless gelatin (1/4 ounce)
  • 2 cups of whipping cream
  • ¼ cup of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of matcha
  • 1/2 pint of raspberry for decoration


How To Make:

  1. Pour milk into a small glass. Add the gelatin and leave it for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Heat the pan, then pour the milk and gelatin. Heat in medium heat, do not let it boil.
  3. Pour 1 tablespoon of whipped cream into a small bowl, add matcha powder, and stir until it turns into pasta.
  4. Transfer the pasta to the pan and add the remaining whipped cream and sugar. Stir constantly until the sugar dissolves, about 5 minutes. Don't let the mixture boil.
  5. Finally, pour the mixture in a container, then put it in the refrigerator until frozen.
