Green Tea Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 125g kaastengels, crush it
  • 60g unsalted butter, melting

Cheese cake:

  • 250g of cream cheese
  • 300g thick milk mans
  • ½ tbsp of green tea powder, dissolve with water to become a paste
  • 1 tbsp gelatin, dissolve with warm water
  • 250g thick double cream
  • Additional:
  • 50g kaastengels, crush it
  • 50g of kiwi fruit, thinly sliced


How to make :

  1. Prepare the mica plastic in the shape of the cutter mold, coat it based on the cardboard / aluminum foil.
  2. Alas: mix well with the butter, put it on each base of the mica, spread it and store it in the refrigerator.
  3. Cheese Cake: Beat cream cheese until soft, add sweetened condensed milk, mix well, fill green tea solution, mix well.
  4. Add gelatin, stir, add double cream, mix well.
  5. Cheese dough into the mica filled with kaastengels, cover with clingwrap, store in the refrigerator until hardened. Sprinkle the top of the cake with kastengels, add slices of kiwifruit. Cool again.
