  • 1 kg of chicken (cut to taste)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • Powdered coriander (to taste)
  • 3 cm turmeric (puree)

  • Butter Sauce Seasoning
  • 4 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
  • 1 onion (thinly sliced)
  • 4 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • Pepper powder (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch (dissolve to 1 tablespoon water)
  • Salt to taste)
  • 1 leek (roughly chopped)
  • 2 large red chilies (remove contents, sliced ​​in slices)
  • 150 ml of water

How to make

  1. Boil the chicken with the spices until cooked and asat then fry the chicken meat until done.
  2. Drain the cooked chicken, set aside for a while.
  3. Make a butter sauce, melt the butter to just enough about 2 tbsp.
  4. Saute the garlic and onion until fragrant.
  5. Add sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper powder, dissolved cornstarch, salt, chives and red chili. Mix well.
  6. Add water, stir again and cook until boiling.
