Ingedient :
- 1 kg of chicken (cut to taste)
- 4 cloves garlic
- Powdered coriander (to taste)
- 3 cm turmeric (puree)
- Salt to taste)
- Chicken broth powder (to taste)
- Butter Sauce Seasoning
- 4 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1 onion (thinly sliced)
- 4 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- Pepper powder (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch (dissolve to 1 tablespoon water)
- Salt to taste)
- 1 leek (roughly chopped)
- 2 large red chilies (remove contents, sliced in slices)
- 150 ml of water
How to make
- Boil the chicken with the spices until cooked and asat then fry the chicken meat until done.
- Drain the cooked chicken, set aside for a while.
- Make a butter sauce, melt the butter to just enough about 2 tbsp.
- Saute the garlic and onion until fragrant.
- Add sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper powder, dissolved cornstarch, salt, chives and red chili. Mix well.
- Add water, stir again and cook until boiling.
- Add the fried chicken to the sauce seasoning, mix well, correct the flavor.
- Remove the cooked fried chicken, serve.
