Ingredients:
- 2 pieces of instant puff pastry
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons of liquid milk
- 4 apples
- 40 grams of raisins
- 1 tablespoon of lemon water
- 60 grams of palm sugar
- 1-2 tbsp of sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp cornmeal
- 25 grams of margarine, cut into small cubes
How to make:
- Peel the apples and slice thinly.
- Add lemon water and mix well.
- Add palm sugar, sugar, raisins, salt, cinnamon powder, mix well.
- Store in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Remove from the refrigerator, add cornstarch, mix well.
- Heat over low heat until thickened and soft.
- Choose margarine, let it melt, mix well and lift.
- Place the apples in puff pastry and fold.
- Brush the egg yolks and whipped liquid milk.
- Slice the middle.
- Oven until cooked for about 40 minutes.
- Cool it down.
- Cut and strudel ready to be served.
