CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 3 T butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 5 cups shredded chicken (or turkey!)
  • 1 12 oz package frozen broccoli, thawed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F
  2. Prepare dinner noodles in step with package directions to al dente.  Drain and vicinity in a greased 9 x thirteen pan.
